If US says "Irak has atomic bombs and that's something that puts our freedom in jeopardy" or something stupid like that (which generally american people love to hear) is enough to go and invade them, and get their petroleum... They tried peddling that with Iran, not surprisingly no one believed them. Russia had loads of atomic bombs, the U.S. did jack shit. You know why? No one is stupid enough to invade a country when there is the real chance that the country could launch them at the oppositions cities. Even if it's a banana republic.
