who here has seen Henry Saiz live?

anyone? He seems to have and is still touring quite a bit.... his website is nice... reality is for those was amazing, but since then he's released a remixed album and his radio shows. Did any of his radio shows come out well? I couldn't get passed all the Spanish, no offense to the language, it's great and all, but I couldn't understand it and it was so frequent it seemed. Any if it were english it would still have killed it.

It was fun while it lasted...

I've seen him and it was a great night out. Not the most incredible set, but also nowhere near the worst I've heard. In my opinion it was very much a producer's set, which is to be expected really! Each track had impact and he played some really unique stuff, but the set overall wasn't much of a journey.

If you haven't heard it yet, take a listen to this recording from Melbourne. This is from the same tour that I saw him:

^^ I had to go home because I didn't feel well that night. And no it was not drugs including alcohol related But I have seen him multiple times and his nights are usually good fun, what he lacks in set structure etc he tends to make up for with his enthusiasm and of course his own amazing productions.

Balance 19 was amazing !! Stunningly groundbreaking music.

Reality etc., personally I found everything from the name to the productions pretty pretentious. The sound quality was overproduced to hell. My old amp clipped every time I tried to play it. I liked some of the individual tracks but wouldn't buy any of his Cds now without a damn good preview.
