You may find this a bit strange , but even I have had that little dream. I would love get up a Locals night of good progressive music. We have so many Djs here that would fir that bill. But people here don't want locals enough.

Suite B I need to check out still, sandwhich bar I wouldn't, that's in the milk district area, not a part of town I get excited about - and Indepedent bar, is not my cup of tea, you like it there? But to your point, you are right there are some venues.

Meeting with my friends friend soon, apparently his gf owns a Hookah lounge here in town, and he's opened and sold 5 of his own clubs, so regardless of the outcome, will be good to meet and pick his brain, will update.

                  Beat me to it. LOL

I remember the old squat parties in the early 90's, they were in some rough places.

Suite B is nice. Older crowd, great sound, friendly staff, good music.

I haven't been to I-Bar yet. I missed that Prequel event with Kimball Collins, Dave Cannalte, & Andy Hughes the other Sunday. We went to that Reunion party in Tampa the night before plus the after party which went into Sunday afternoon. Needless to say, we were spent!

Sandwich Bar consistently brings in the best talent & has great sound. What's wrong with the Milk District? It's in a safe part of town & has some alright bars within walking distance.

So he hasn't done any market research in the last 10 years then. Maybe this will be his next event https://www.facebook.com/events/1666044920283588/

I'm thinking of starting my premiership football club. I have never watched a single match. I reckon it's a great foundation for starting my business.

Florida could call it 9/11. He could paint it with reenforced paint, put an invisible plane in there and get Saklo to bring some of his actor friends.
