Along with Germany, France, Bulgaria, Scotland, England... and by the way before the Taliban tried to take over Afghanistan was a very desirable place to go chill. The people who live there now want the soldiers there to help restore Afghanistan to what it once was before the Taliban took over. Sort of like Berlin after WWII.
