Sometimes I feel the need to move on
So I pack a bag, move on, move on

I'm just a traveling man maybe it's just a trick of the mind but
Somewhere there's a morning sky bluer than her eyes
Somewhere there's an ocean innocent and wild

RIP to a true rock legend.

              He will be sorely missed.
Score so far: Owned ZoverTard 8 times - twice in one week! Twice more in same weekend.

More than six months later - he's still pissed LOL - check the last visitor - guess who the last visitor is on my profile page.

              His newest incarnation this week:♫♫♫♫♫♫

                Re: David Bowie

I had the pleasure of seeing him 3.1 times.
A true master of rock n roll and an all round artist.
His music has been with me throughout my life.
I was really upset when Freddie died, and Bowie will be missed too.

His new album is really good btw.
As long as you like weird electronica/jazz and Bowie's voice.
Its more like his 1.Outside/Earthling phase, but much much better.Lots of sax, piano.
                Dont expect 70's rock Bowie.

The news coverage in the UK is well over the top. Live on the spot reports with fans hanging around outside a house in Berlin he shared with Iggy Pop in the 70's.

                    RIP David,

I remember well - saw him live at the Glass Spider tour August 28, 1987 Ottawa, Canada.

It's weird, I have never been a huge fan but I really understand why people are so affected. He was definitely very special. It was real shock to read this , this morning. Maybe it is that he was such a gift to music even if it wasn't my music. .

Me either, never was a fan. But I respected his talent, uniqueness/specialness. You put it perfectly, he was a gift to music. May he RIP.
