Goths at Firestone? I've never saw any in there...

maybe they went to Tampa...they had a big goth scene back in the day...

    DNA, Ritz, Evolutions, etc...

I'm pretty sure it was Firestone they were talking about. This would have been around '91-'93.

Could not agree more. His Nubreed was the first and by far the best. Dark edgy pushing some extreme boundaries, the first time I ever heard anything verging on progressive breaks. Go to this show!

I saw him in New Orleans probably three+ years ago and he threw down like a mofo, even though he was having to play with somebody elses music (the airline lost his). Though I have to agree with an earlier statement that he seems to be much more 'commercialize' for lack of a better word I would still recommend him to be sure. In short spend the 8 bucks and get your ass over there.

Cool, glad to hear you all had a good time. Then again for $8, even if he sucked, I would have had a good time at the bar with all the money I saved.

That Ren 2 cd someone pointed out above is a very under-mentioned cd- check out his mixing between rabbit in the moon and pob&taylor - absolutely amazing energy in that mix. Also the mix from peter funk into breeder is absolutely mind-blowing

If you check the inlay from that cd it says it was mixed live from the liquid room sydney or something - proving once and for all his amazing skills behind the deck
