My idea of Hawtin (in his "Superstar DJ" persona) is that he's never been relevant. When was the last time you have liked a set of his or discovered a great track though him? Can you tell two Magda sets apart?

Saw him live in Dublin a few years and and he destroyed the place, great night.
But if I was to hear the set on my iPod then I wouldn't be able to listen to it for more then a few mins before getting bored.

He works better in a lI've setting.

I would never record or archive any shit music on my HDD or providers / hosters like mixcloud etc. for others. Never!!!
This all should be personal according to his own taste. Everything else makes it implausible Lorenzo !

Hawtin was never interesting for me, but "He works better in a lI've setting" could be a good and real statement

Americans have no idea do they? Poor bastards thinking this is techno. It's about as techno as my underwear. Electro House, maybe hard house something like that but its a country mile away from techno. One thing we can be certain of is that with any Pete Tong recording you are guaranteed plenty of fucking talking. What makes the BBC think I need to know accounts from clubbers travelling 6 hours to get to the venue escapes me. I bet Tong doesnt talk through his own sets, fucking fat round faced man boobed twat
