i just cant get my missus to like house music, what can i do besides trade her in for a new model?
she doesn't understand beats, bars or anything bout music, suppose it's my own fault, i should have asked here at the begining!
My girl was into all kinds of music from the Beatles, Elvis, Alternative, hip-hop, etc...but she never really listend to house. Its not until I met her that she need a lesson in house 101. She always thought house music, or EDM, was the crap you would here on commercial radio. Then I sat her down one day and put on a Deep Dish Cd and she digged it. Gradually, I would bring to house parties and now she's into it. The icing on the cake was when I brought her to Miami for WMC and she had the time of her life.
Yup i`m one of the lucky ones, she loves house music. She`s not really a big prog head, she`s more into the vocaly stuff she can sing along to. When we get in my car it`s prog all the way but when we get in her car............... it`s still prog all the way I ware the trousers and don`t let her tell you otherwise.

What record did you loose your virginity to?

I think most females, IMO and experience are into the fluffy music with vocals at 1st (this is not a general statement, just what I have experienced) but gradually do come around when they realise there is more out than that twat from holland and Oakie. My last gf always liked EDM, but 1st told me her fave dj was Fairy Corsten. Now she is a HUGE Sasha and Digweed fan, more so than the cheez dj's. I like to think I had summing to with it. Who knows.
Yep, my wife digs it. Although she is more of a breakbeat fan when it comes to dance music. We have extremely similar tastes in music, so I consider myself quite lucky.

im interested to know if your missus likes house?
You beat her with a long bamboo rod until she gives in to your liking of house music.
j/k. I'm fortunate though, my girl actually likes house music, maybe even more than I do, but unfortunatetly Tiesto is her favorite DJ. On second thought where did that bamboo rod go to.
