MSN got me through university. Saves all the hassle of walking down the hallway to see what people are doing and saves the cost of phone calls when everyone has free interweb.

With the new MSN7 they finally added personal messages, shame that lost its appeal many years ago. I like to think I started the whole "Change your name every day just in case anyone cares what you are doing" trend. Winks and nudges are just lame. Teeny display pictures are just lame especially when there is a big clock covering it most of the time. And "What I'm listening to now" is a waste of time since nobody ever has a clue what I am listeing to anyway.

I seem to remember using ICB 98b many years ago, MSN just seemed more prolific with students. Also ICQ was lame.

If anyone wants to bulk out their list feel free to add demonafro at the hottest of mail.

YEP, that patch does works like a charm! Damn Microsoft obliges u to always use the latest version. Version 7 is bloated with features u'll hardly ever use and all that advertising. AARGHH. Luckily the patch takes care of that.

though i could complain about msn, i think it is a handy way to keep in touch with people who you would otherwise not be able to talk to. i bet you could find some nice alternatives to msn if you looked around the web though

so...where do i download it? Had 7 installed for like 5 mins and the threw it the fuck off. It is indeed loaded with crap, crap and......oh, more crap. But now I'm getting this stupid message telling me there's a newer version available...uurrghgh!!
