in the second video you can hear some guy talking to one of them and the guy responds by saying that he is going to go to just playing with a laptop. Is this what is going to happen with almost all the prog dj's. Is it laziness...creativity...or just a way to get more songs to the gig without having to lug around more flyweight cd's?

it's probably a combo of all that you mentioned... depending on the DJ... some do it for creativity, some do it for trendiness and some do it because all their records can now be on the laptop...

In my opinion, if you are going to be a laptop DJ, you have to do it all for the right reasons, otherwise you are just kind of lazy...

The guy in the vid was asking Jimmy that and you could hear him responding.
