Help with a job interview next week

Hi been fortunate to get a job interview next week, for a graduate training scheme with a housing association.Its an all day interview, and i have to do a 10 minute presentation on the following question:

'What do you consider to be the role of social housing in the UK and how do you see it evolving over the next 10 years?'

I have lots of ideas, but thought I would ask you lot on here to make sure i dont miss anything out etc - really wanna get this job!

So any suggestions, things to include would be great - its only a 10 minute presentation.

Demand for low cost housing in the short and medium term.
New builds or increasing housing stock is a current issue.
