yep. i feel your pain! first few years i lived in my apartment, we could not have air conditioning because of inferior wiring. i never cooked in the oven from may till september. i've been there, & it sux!!
they finally rewired our apartment complex one year in march. i brought my air conditioner that day, & ran it a few days in march here in new york just to try & make up for all those miserable summers...
I feel for you man.. I also live close to Boston and it is hot and humid as hell...and I would be death if I didn't have AC.... Hope you get your AC soon..
I can't wait to get a car with air con. You can really feel the british summer when the temperature hits double figures and you have a 5 hour drive ahead of you.
