Retiring my long running mix series, Insomniatic Symphony, which I started back in 2002. Introducing Volume 2 of my new DJ mix series, The Erratic Beats Project. I feel it represents the sound I've been sculpting and establishing for myself the past 18 years. A more mature sound. Electronic Music with Soul.
The tracklisting lists the tracks in order used, but there are so few areas where the tracks play on their own. I utilize looping and sampling while EQing the hell out of the individual tracks. Many times there are two main tracks at play while I'm weaving parts of a third, along with samples on the Remix Decks. And on top of all that, I incorporate my Roland Aira gear. On this mix I used my TR8 and System 1 Synth.
