Question Guys, the digital version has a continuous mix which i much prefer tbh, but the other tracks are unmixed, is the physical CD unmixed as well, or its like they used to made them?

physical cds is always mixed. unmixed tracks is specifically for digital version, like a bonus.

From a first listen I'd rather prefer this to Balance 029 by JZ (not discrediting for what is an interesting mix) I found Max's approach a little less syncopated, a straightforward blissed mix.

I know the durations between were not that long which was a surprise to me but the context of each were worlds if not years apart. 029 has this epic story to tell you of trying to fit in every emotion, mood, or feeling you can experience. CD 2 from 029 tried to somehow get back to the roots of providing what a classic mix usually does - a continuous mix. Nonetheless, it was still a lot of tracks, samples, and edits to conform to what is traditionally a mix.

This is where Max's take in 030 is different, both CD's were simple yet beautiful, tracks in both CD's just blended perfectly to essentially take you on his journey that was tranquil and mixed that we are usually used to, from the typical Cooper mixes. This is what I also loved about this mix, I'd think it would be suitable for any type of listen, be it in commute, on a drive, or with a glass of wine at home.

20 mins in, I just love this kinda sound. A mix of melody and IDM grittiness and breaks.

I really enjoyed this, especially CD1. A good mix of ambient/downtempo but then some nice beats later on. I will definitely check out his other mixes.
