I'm definitely not a fan of the circle jerk, we used to get that alot at raves back in the day. The part that really pissed me off was how they were bastardizing the art of break dancing. Here is something that when done correctly is based totally on style. Yet along come Joe raver, busting out the only move he can do, which is totally rehearsed and rigid, and this twit doesn't even have the decency to throw in a little up-rock or something to make it original or at least go with the music.

The other dance floor phenomia that kills the experience for those that actually want to go and dance (novel concept, that) is when people all face the stage/booth to watch the DJ This is not a rock concert people, there is nothing to see. It is just one dude, behind a console, turning knobs. Turn around, face each other, and fecking dance. If you must be a nut rubber and watch, fine, piss off to the side of the room or behind the DJ booth, instead of blocking up the middle of the floor and robbing the sweet spot of the sound system so you can stand there like a 3000 year old statue! I remember this being very common during the S&D nights at Twilo.

doesn't happen over here thank god, at least not at techno/house parties, i'm sure it happens at the local RnB, hip hop club.

nice pics skahound .. u know though .. if u played a video back to these morons they'd prob think god dayum i'm cool as a mutha fucka ( and using that terminology ) .. they need help and education .. maybe we should all wear a wristband in support of the poor lil guys ... anyone with designs for wristband please post .. i'm thinking pink band with glowing green penis on it .. ( a prick that stands out ) .. u have got the daft wristband thing going on over in the states too havn't u
