Trying to compile a list of the best prog/house Dj’s to come out of Florida. There are several that I can’t remember but want to find mixes from.

Re: Best Florida Dj’s
Jimmy Van M for sure comes to mind. He was the one who kind of introduced Sasha/Dig to the Scene in Orlando..
Sean Q6 used to live in Florida at one time too. Even Sasha lived in Sarasota for a brief period and all his vinyl are still stored in Florida somewhere
Who Else....hmm DJ 3 is a long time Florida resident and still resides in Tampa....maybe i will think of some more with time.Comment

Re: Best Florida Dj’s
The original DJ cover star, Sasha was the face of ’90s clubland success and excess. His new Refracted:LIVE show redefines his special talent, delivering a fresh take on his biggest hits and reinvigorating an artist who’s often struggled with his place in the spotlight...
It’s perhaps why his collection of 50,000 records is still in storage in Florida, brought there when he moved almost 15 years ago and now a secret air-conditioned museum until he decides what to do with them.Comment

Re: Best Florida Dj’s
It might very well be Jimmy Van M...
Back in the early 2000's a highschool friend of mine owned and operated a club called Rhythm & Flow. While hanging out there after a wedding - around 18 years ago... there was a Florida based DJ on... but he had gained a lot of international attention and the set was badass.
It probably was JVM. But for some reason I feel like his first or last name started with a D. Who knows though
I might reach out to my friend/club owner and see if he remembers.Back when a club was a club full of dancers and dove's.Comment
