Final mixes of 2018 (except of course the best of 2018, that'll probably again will come at the very end of December) are here. My listeners seem to be in two camps, the other half likes that I do long mixes, the other half wishes I'd do shorter ones. Well here's one of each! The shorter mix is something I spent about a month with, lots of Traktor-trickery involved in the making of it. The other was done on one take with a pair of CDJs and mixer last Friday. I prefer the classic 3 hour sets full of big tracks over the well-crafted but limited one-hour ones. It's what you're best at, why change for peer pressure?

Will probably do both in the future, one hour+ well thought mix one month, one drunken 3 hour spontaneus mix-session at home the next.
