    I usually like their sets, but this one was very odd !

      I agree,
      but something strange was happening there in Ultra this year, almost disgusting how they adapted themselves to the festival, including Maceo, Beyer, etc, doing things they never did before. The only I might guess is that they were ask to do it and they got a hell of good money for it.

      Ultra is garbage since long time ago, but this year with the KFC-thing, they sold the soul to the devil in the last dinner if there was any doubt.

        Why were things different you feel? Not listened to this set yet, but have the Martinez Brothers, and found that one tones down a little, with scatterings of disco fringed latin beats? But not so different to sets they have played before?

          well, I felt that the artists I like, were playing more comercial and for example Maceo talking thru the mic saying something like "What up Miami!" was just very weird coming from him, also repeating tracks in his solo and b2b sessions... and if you consider the shame of the KFC stage/performance, just makes you think that there is much money corrupting everyone.
