! quit a couple of years ago, it was a waste of energy. But I joined back a few months later because I realized it was my only link to a selected group of friends that are dear to me.
Since then I mostly joined groups that share my interests, so reading FB is closer to a rss feed, without all the perverse mechanics of social media.
^^In this day and age of digital communication how could Facebook ever be an only link to friends ??
