I was reading that all BBC radio shows on BBC Sounds are now in 320 kbps.

BBC has downgraded the quality @96kbps so is not on you.

its always good to record via SAT or DVB-C so no one is dependent on that

just checking BBC right now, seems their archives are really in 320 kbit. Downloaded it, same quality as the DVB-C signal

Strange things actually, Two weeks ago i was able to rip in true 320 kbps. Michael Mayer's show for example

I tried to rip with VPN and UK IP but is the same thing...all BBC Sounds are now in 96k...i don't know why
