Here's an example of 3 tracks he played back-to-back-to-back when I was there for Danny Howells: Orbital into an Usher breaks remix into the Tiesto remix of Silence. You can say that he plays just about everything yet none of it ever 'goes' with the act that's following him (unless of course it's Icey, Baby Anne, Sharaz, etc.)A good shower head and my right hand - the two best lovers that I ever had.Comment

I almost left during howells show because joslin was so awful.
I really would like to see LUke play at space or a regular club....He was so amazing at bedrock..it was great seeing him playing back to back with Desyn as well...Those two shoyuld tour togher more often imo....they work so well together.Comment

Yeah, it was before we met. I think WMC was the first time we'd met. Anyhow, I remember Howells stinking it up something fierce that night. I actually left after the 3rd time he bumped the tables causing the record to skip. The crowd started booing and he just stood there like and mouthed 'Sorry'.A good shower head and my right hand - the two best lovers that I ever had.Comment

H.O.B. atmosphere reminds me of when UnoMe & I went to see James Zabiela in Gainsville- just Not the right crowd - too used to breaky stuff that only those of us there for the Music being played - could TRULY enjoy!
the crowd was LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVING it.
both nights, he phuckin ROCKED it. his very first trip, dave preston opened and did a kick ass job. the second time, the opening dj pretty much progged it out to my dismay...i was not a happy camper but james went on and just assaulted us with basslines and then switched it to 4/4 where panties began to melt...it was pretty killer.
gainseville knows music. and the afterparty was pretty amusing especially since i was there in my pj's. ha ha ha. i thought james did an awesome job @ simon's that night.
when james plays...it breaks down like this..
50% of the crowd just stand there and stare and dont' know what to do.
50% dances or attempts to dance. his music isn't the easiest to dance too especially if you've never heard him live before.
i was in la that weekend he played simon's and even the spundae crowd was rocking out to james.
james rocksComment

i've actually heard that the H.O.B in New Orleans is a good spot for a party, so maybe its not all h.o.b's?Comment

I don't know. When I was in NO last time it was during 'Southern Decadence' (not by choice but by hurricane evacuation) and Junior Vasquez was playing there.A good shower head and my right hand - the two best lovers that I ever had.Comment
