Can you just download the tracks with a Go+ subscription or do you need to rip the active stream?

It's on Mixclud Which leads to this . Pole Folder - Travelling Souls - 21-Mar-2020 - DJ MP3 LIVE Which gives low quality downloads. Which may be alright because Pole Folder is meticulous about recording.
