Thing about this type of advice though is that a guy like that is always going to nit pick something he doesn't like about the tune lolComment

Re: Steve Trawler
^ its scarey how much stuff doesnt age well.
Nostaglia aside, there are few standout CD's that i go back to regularily.
The other day i tried to take GU:008 out for a spin - just too boomy and fast for an old fuddy duddy like me.
Others just stand the test of time no matter what.

Re: Steve Trawler
^^^ Who do you go back too ??
Steve Lawler was such a disappointment to me . I was definitely into the drums CDS, might have been for Treaty, and the first Lights Out Saw him in London at The End in 2003 . He was pretty ordinary even then. Saw him 2010 in Melbourne and he was just awful. (Originally posted by TheVrkit IS incredible isn't it??
STILL pumpin out great set after great set...never cheesed out, never sold out, never lost his touch..
Simply does not get any better than HernanComment

Re: Steve Trawler
He was great between 98/02, but that sound disappeared. There were a few great sets out there after that, but not that many. That documentary that he made said it all. He was doing the big paying gigs, because he was more interested in the money.Comment
