Yeah it is, if it's meant to be 'exclusive'... But there are many guest mixes on Transitions that aren't exclusive in the sense that they're taken from livesets, etc. Like the SOS guest mix in 2008 O.o

i know, Babicz also gave him a promo mix, maybe i'm orthodox, but when a world top DJ ask you to do some mix and you give him a worldwide available set from march.. is a bit lack of respect

Surely Agoria would've informed Digweed's people that this isn't an exclusive mix? We don't know if Digweed's team requested for an exclusive mix either.
