I think is a question about tastes. Probably you're not fan of the progressive vibes Nick is delivering. I like it very much, and I think is a very melodic and charming set. I don't know what are you expected from him, but is very funny that many people use to say about what musicians do what they have to do, as if those people were musicians too, as if they know better than the author what a musician, no matter what name we like to put on, must do with his music. That is a poor state of affairs. It's like if a literary critic speak about what he would desire would be a novel or a book of poems, instead of what they really are. That's a shame, but happens very often. Specially in the realm of music, with regardless of the genre.

^^^ Yeah, simply a matter of different tastes . I like both of them, but one of Nicks best attributes is track selection. He chooses so many just plain beautiful tracks.

Soundcloud downloads are absolute shit !!

the download is on the EG webpage
Nick Warren became one of the first so-called “superstar DJs” in the mid-to-late ’90s, holding down a high-profile residency at Cream in England, touring around the world, and appearing on several DJ mix albums before they became commonplace.

^192 kbps is not that horrid.

BSPF is an old term that Nick has been accused of at varying levels over the years. Soulless, plodding ditties just don't do a lot for me, and I'm not afraid to knock the selection when it fits the bill (nor should anyone else). I do the same when his partner-in-crime furnishes similar uninspired sequences (and there are plenty).

Not really a fan of Nick's quarantine version tbh but i think this is pretty good (batter than his last shares) .. Anyway, he is unimpeachable

                    Love him no matter what

I've never thought of Nick as BSPF. But he has become uneventful in recent years.

As for Jody, his Anjunadeep output is like a plane that never takes off or, as somebody put it, he's eternally in 2nd gear.
