I'm trying to upgrade my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but when it starts going then after a couple restarts and roll back with the error code ‘The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation’. Can you please help me i tried almost everything.

Fix Error 0xC1900101-0x20006 or 0x8007001D-0x20006, The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase error during Replicate_OC operation, during Windows Setup.
