    Ditto. And - to think! There WAS an evacuation plan:



    The mayor has to bear the brunt of responsibility for not executing it. After shit hit the fan, he knew his arse was in a hot seat and naturally felt it best to blame the feds (when it was up to the city govt to execute the plan, and feds, who could not interfere without a request from the state. Hopefully, his fingerpointing will only stave off the inevitable.
