Inspiration 2
Mind the Bollocks!
matthardwick.com in association with UK Forever have come together with everyman, to increase both awareness and funding for vital research into prostate and testicular cancer.
Everyman is The Institute of Cancer Research's national campaign to raise awareness and funding for male cancers. The Institute of Cancer Research launched Everyman in September 1997 to highlight the issue of male cancers and to raise money to establish the UK's first dedicated male cancer research centre. Male cancers are on the increase and men's awareness is very low. The factors that cause male cancers are not fully understood and much more research is needed and severely under-funded. Prostate cancer affects 30,000 men a year, while testicular cancer is the most common cancer to affect men aged between 20 and 45. Everyman need to raise over ?1.5 million every year to carry out the research that will, one day, give the answers to male cancers. Registered in England 534147 www.icr.ac.uk/everyman
