ummm you know...that the posts and download announcements use to scroll....umm...maybe I'm not using the right word...and the emoticons that held up the picket signs like

cant install the emoticons with the picket signs, there is some major disconnect with this forum hence it doesnt work.

I'll try to find the mouseover script but I'm still not sure what the scrolling thing is that you're referring to
