      I don't like cats.

      Cats are gay dogs.

        Re: cats

I'm allergic to cats. I'm allergic to dogs. I'm allergic to birds and trees - anything with fur, feathers of spores. Oh, and dust mites. I had three tortoises when I was a kid. I wasn't allergic to them. Tortoises are nice, but its very difficult to tell whether your tortoise is male or female. I think I had three males but one of them kept trying to shag the other two so either he was a she, or he was gay. He was pretty butch though.

On a slightly more serious note - I heard once that allergies go on a seven year cycle and this has been my experience. I developed allergies when I was seven. When I was twenty one they started to become much less extreme and when I was about twenty eight I started to develop eczema. Fortunately none of these ever developed much past the annoying stage.

It's not curious to me at all. Nearly everyone I meet has some sort of allergy - animal fur, hay fever, ashma, etc. It's on the up. Something to do with the overly sanitized lifestyle that we are all living now. The body doesn't have the chance to build up its immune systems or tolerance systems when we are young.
