Is this one he's released previously? I recall having a Matter set, may have been 10.5 or something though? He's also given Select subscribers an additional 5 hours, with himself & Danny, which I assume the extra few hours are from this set.

Was wondering that too, but there have been a few Easter Bedrocks, so I might be thinking of a different set. I'm sure that Danny Howells set has already done the rounds too. But again, could be a different Bedrock night I'm thinking of.

It's from this : there was a 4 hour Bedrock 10.5 set aired (April 2009) this was the last time John played Matter (2 Birthdays / 2 Easters) before the venue closed summer 2020.

Decent venue, great sound - just a shame it was far out of the centre, there was always travel chaos and non stop issues with Jubilee Line,

He said something similar a bit back that he was amazed how current the music sounds. Got to pull him up on this as to me all that means is music hasn't actually moved on. The fact it doesn't sound dated is testament to that whether you like it or not.

For me, the current "sound" holds up till about 2008. Anything before that seems different to me.

So 10.5 was Easter 2009 and this is the year after.
10.5 has been recently dusted off, and its a great set but the sound quality is a bit lacking except the 3rd hour. Would love to have a solid higher quality version

I went back into the archives yesterday & downloaded the Kiss FM versions of the Easter Heaven set from 2008 I think & got the 10.5 Matter set off Soulseek.
