Did you maybe install Service Pack 2, a Norton Product or Google Toolbar or something like this recently? Sounds like the typical pop up blocker error to me....Comment

Re: Downloading MS sets with Mozilla Firefox
I'm using Windows XP SP1. I can't remember what was the last thing I installed but I?m pretty sure was not the Google tool bar (I had it before this started happening).
One thing I'm sure is that I tried downloading with Mozilla Firefox as soon as I installed it and couldn't do it.
In both cases (IE and Mozilla) the thing is that the pop-up never comes up. IE would refresh the page after typing the password and that?s all, whereas Mozilla would refresh but would say ?retrieving data from?? forever.
Thank guys for the help, hope something comes to your minds.

Click your Start Menu and go to Run. Copy/paste this into the run box and press enter:
notepad c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Copy/paste the contents of that file into here. don't save any changes to the file if it asks you toComment
