Downloading issue

Hi admins:

I was just wondering if I have lost priveledges to the sets via not posting enough?

Re this message on the download pop-up screen.
"You are attempting to access this set without proper credentials.
Please re-enter your password, or try again later."

Only reason I am wondering is it coincided with my service pack update and even with the site added to my safe sites or pop-up blocker turned off the download pop-up still seems to get blocked...
