        Bought these yesterday:

Howard Handelman - The challenge of Third World development (third edition)
Joel S Migdal - State in society studying how states and societies transform and constitute each other

        Just been reading

David M Malone - The UN Security Council (from the Cold War to the 21st century)
Roel van der Veen - Africa from the Cold War to the 21st century (English title was 'What happened to Africa?' I believe)
Thompson - An introduction to African politics

And been reading a fantasy book in between ;-)
Blowkick visual & graphic design - No Civilization. Now With Broadband.

An archa?c information carrier which was commonly in use before the invention of the Personal Computer. Also part of the so-called 'print media'. Weird stuff if you ask me.

I didn't like "haunted". It is what I call a gimmick book. It had a gimmick ( a premise, i guess), but the actual plot i thought sucked.

"Kite runner" was a truly fantastic book. An amazing & unforgettable story.

Currently reading, "empire rising". A terrific, hard to put down story about an iron worker helping to build the empire state building that falls in love with a mobster's girlfriend. Good book, & highly recommended...

The last book I just finished up reading is Chris Moneymakers. Bio called Moneymaker, about him in the 2003 WSOP. Awesome read. It's like you were there.
