hahahaha.....alright bitches....so me and a girlfriend of mine got on the wine late last night...got a bit buzzed...and you guessed it, we went to see this ass master...and he sucked sooooo bad. everyone was having a decent time until he came on...shit was sooo funny to see people just stop dancing and stand there with looks on their faces like "what the hell is this crap"? he was playing what i would call a mix of breaks/electro/punk/rock/techno/dance music.....but all mixed together.....worst genre of music ive ever heard in my life...he was the only one into it...dancing around like he was having a seizure while everyone just looked around......he was the only person dancing!!! to top it off, he decides that its about time to kick his "show" up a notch and pour "yeager"(spelling?) down everyone throat....hes up on stage like hes god, serving drinks.....anyways....we left shortly after that....cant say it wasnt a good experience though, because me and my friend laughed harder at this than we ever would if we went to go see a "real" comedian. and its off to the strip club tonight

i'll tell the truth.

he is a shitty DJ, whether he pre-records(cough*gabriel and dresden*cough) or plays live. he is a product of shitty TV and gullible people. the only rock star whom i have heard good things about when it comes to Dj'ing, is James Iha from the pumpkins. few people said he was eclectic , non cheesy, and mixed well. go figure.

motley crue played in my city on friday a week ago. tommy lee stuck around town for saturday. christopher lawrence was playing on sat so i went. it was awesome. the energy in the club was just crazy. then tommy lee FUCKIN HIJACKED mr. lawrence's set. christopher lawrence had to end his set early so tommy fuckin lee could play the next 1.5 hours until the club closed. i didn't know what happened until afterwards. this was not planned and christopher lawrence didn't even know about it until shortly before it happened.

how was tommy lee? he sucked. he sucked so bad, it cleared the floor. he kept looping this horrible sample of apache (as in fatboy slim's apache) fused with some electro-electronica trash. it was horrible. it was pathetic. not to mention the train wrecks. he should quit djing and apologize to all the djs and the club goers he offended.

I'd cut his throat for making me quit with a nice slice of vinyl. In fact, I'm going to make it a good habit of taking one vinyl record with a sharpened edge with me on gigs even after my transition to cd's, just in case....

a couple of years ago he played at Ultra right before james zabeila and s & d. if i'm not mistaken i think it was chris fortier that played records for him while he ran around the stage acting like an ass. you had 20,000 people just standing there looking at him. it was trainwreck.
