What are you doing starting a protest? I wasn't trying to emulate anything. This is the only board I visit so I don't know much about many others. I was trying to give you guys something slick, different and easy on the eyes. Some of you like it... some of you are very vocal about hating it. Whatever... get used to it. For a "progressive community" you guys aren't very accepting of change....

It's a good looking scheme, the orange/black combo is striking, but I just find it uncomfortable to read. I've given it some time, and it ain't doing it for me. I think there was nothing wrong with the old scheme at all. In fact it was great. Change for the sake of it....?

asdf_admin's post above is a good example, it's just a bitch to read a lot of text in this scheme. And the quote about "White Text On A Dark Background Is The Best For Your Eyes. It Is Proven" - well it's kind of light grey on dark grey really....

Anyway, no disrespect intended, just my opnion, the site still has the same content and that will do for me.

inspite of all the negativity towards the template, its incredible that we have the highest number of users in 1 day of the site going live than we did on MN in 1 year...

not to metion that subtle color templates looks like freebies, this looks like a custom design....... at first I was against a black board too but as time moves on, its just grabbing me by the collar, I just cant stay away from this template..... sorry I dont agree with those who think the black is too black....

excellent new layout. way way better than the old blue one, which i thought was too complex and slow.

alright, I'll let up for now. but is it possible to get the avitar size back to normal?

also check out page 6 or 7 of this thread the picture of the site inside the post messed up the orientation or the rest of the page. I noticed that you can adjust the size of the image inside of the text box. is the image so large that it is messing with the formating of the rest of the page? does anyone else notice this?
