I just got done reading the book "The Mystery of the Crystal Skulls". In that book it talks about "In 1995, Professor Gunter Nimtz carried out a sub-atonic experiment at the University of Cologne in Germany." (page 271)
Using Microwave signals sending information it at the speed of light it arrived at the exact time it left.
It talks about using a "quantum barrier" (in the next test) which is an electronic barrier to what they thought would block the signals but instead they went 4.7 times the speed of light!! It actually arrived there before he sent it... that is crazy..
