she was also nearly arrested and slightly roughed up in NYC a few days earlier for using a loudspeaker w/o a permit. I saw her give a speech in New Haven, CT two days before the NYC break-up and she was welcomed and cheered on by a couple hundred people.

What does it boil down to? Is it a case of wether or not the police agree with the purpose of the protest? Wheres the first amendment on this one?

She seemed to have a good point & purpose when she began however long ago. But now she is just a fucking joke. Anti-war activists should be about as embarassed that she is their most visible face as the left should be that they've got Fatass Moore (or the religious right with Pat Robertson).
