Hey mate, Shanghai is bloody hard, dunno if it's the environment or the culture or just advertising here. On the up side, boss is very supportive, I enjoy mentoring my team, it's just the actual work that's bloody hard 
It's a bit like an abusive relationship, ups and downs. Not sure if I want to keep doing this but gonna try to stick it out for a year at least
