you're old. i'll be 30 this december. and that is not old these days. 40 isn't even considered old these days.

when we was 19-20 we considered 30 y.o's old and 40 y.o.'s very old .. it isn't the time's that has changed it's our perceptions of old that has changed
Perception is a funny thing to discuss. It's very strange of how our perceptions have changed over the years. I can't believe my father is about to be 60. And he really doesn't look any older than when he was 40. Just a bit of grey hair and that's it.
Scientists say that today people are living way longer than 20 years ago. The standard age for men passing on in Japan is like 95 or something like that. I'm not Japanese but we are pretty close behind them.
