Just hope the OLN coverage gets better in the coming weeks. The picture was kinda grainy........

umm, regular season games have never gone to triple OT...only playoff games go until someone wins.

yeah OLN definetly needs to up the ante.. they need better graphics and better camera men, it seemed to me that the camera guys lost the puck a lot..

as far as someone saying that the nhl need to be on a less obscure network, how do you think networks become popular? they need to start somewhere..

          the state of the nhl

          my rangers they are
10w 5 L 3 ot L ..jager is playing like he is motivated. the teams looks motivated

dany heatley. i think the new scenery is doing wonders for him 11g13a 24pts. nice work kid

tampa bay. yet their record is not terrible 7w 8L 2otL , it should be better. they should be at the 20+ pt mark . martin st louis 5 g 8 a 13pts should be leading his team in points

sidney crosby. as expected, he is making an immediate impact on an otherwise underachieving team. the 18 y/o is leading the team in scoring with 19pts..sweet shootout winner.

teemu selane 18 pts..are you kidding me? didn't know the kindergarden teacher had it in him (i named my dog teemu because i thought it would be a great name for a dog)

nashville. wait they have hockey in nashville? i always predicted paul kariya to be the next gretzky. kariya hasn't lived up to his potential or to my prediction, but he sure is fitting in nicely in nashville

detroit. all i can say is F@#$!! .talk about jumping out of the gate. stevie Y is the sentimental leader to follow in this his last year (i hope im wrong about him retiering)

atlanta. what the hell is going on there? they are definetly underachieving. with the likes of hossa, kovalchuck, bondra, savaard, holik, stefan, can you win a game please.

anahiem. all i got to say is that i banged a girl last week that sergei federov used to bang!!..so big props for me!!..and no it wasn't kornikova

                  Re: NHL Season

The new rules are great. And I agree the shootout is bullshit. They need to eliminated the if your tied after regulation you get a point. If you lose in OT, that's your tough luck, no points for you.

And mad props to Manny Legace. After a number of year being the Red Wings backup and not complaining about it, his success is well deserved. He better be an all - star.

Here in Tampa watching the STANLEY CUP CHAMPS terribly defend the cup. I will admit I (and most of Tampa) have not been watching hockey for all that long, but this sport is by far the best to watch live. I feel bad for anyone who has never seen a game live, TV doesnt do it justice. GO BOLTS.
