His website says, ?back in five minutes? but for those in his hometown of Dorset, England, don?t expect his cheeky mug around those parts anytime soon. Well- launched into his boundary pushing 365 tour, Burridge is taking on the world in novel fashion, taking up shop and hat at cities including Hong Kong, Melbourne, Ibiza, New York, Denver, Buenos Aires, & Florence with talks of many more over the next three years. This residency-based adventure has Lee taking one to two month-long residences in each city where he?ll collaborate with local producers and invite local guest DJs and PA\'s to be part of the twisted fun.
Not to be slowed by a mere world tour, Burridge was also mucking it up at the second annual Love Parade San Francisco to close to 90,000 party people in September as well as putting his hand in on the upcoming release of a Sander Kleinenberg collaborated 2xCD called ?Everybody on Tour? (Ultra Records, October 2005).
Now, rolling into Toronto for a special set as part of Guvernment?s 9 year anniversary festivities, We caught up with the gentlemanly Burridge a few hours before his set for a bit of pie and intrigue?.love-lee isn?t it?
