To get you through your mental flatulents I offer a few things to ponder.



Growing old is inevitable. Growing up is optional.

There is no key to happiness. The door is always open.

Silence is often misinterpreted but never misquoted.

Do the math, count your blessings.

Faith is the ability to not panic.

If you worry you didn't pray. If you pray don't worry.

As a child of God, praying is like calling home everyday.

Blessed are the flexible for they will not get bent out of shape.

The most important things in your house are the people.

A grudge is a heavy thing to carry.

He who dies with the most toys is still dead.

Don't hate yourself in the morning... sleep until noon

With these I totally agree...for most people the last one is a tough one to achieve in life though ;-)

And I will always cherish the 5-year old boy in me (this might explain some things to some people here )

Here's some that I actually live by

- Better to regret something you have done than to regret something you haven't (and no crimes are not a part of that)

- Dont cry over spilled milk, just get a new bottle (no sense lickin it off the floor is it)

- Laugh each day no matter how hard it gets, for each day your life shortens, you wanna be happy when you look back on yours

- If you burn bridges, you better know how to swim

- Always forgive those who seek your forgiveness, its a diff story if you choose to get even at a later stage
