Unfortunately the weed got the better of me but.....

I had word from the doc that MJ jnr will hopefull be with us on November the 7th... thats the biggest incentive a man could need to stop.. and I WILL.

To be honest though, since I posted that message saying I`d stopped I cut down dramaticly on the amount I smoke. Now the time is coming nearer I`ve sort of trained my mind to be prepaired fror the day.

dont worry mikeman, when you're smoking 2 packs a day in miami it'll be our secret.
actually since the hotel we'll be at is mostly all non-smoking thats even more incentive NOT to smoke cos you'll have to go out of the hotel each time to light up.
