i keep an open mind & listen to all genres of electronica. recently started listening to breaks. as with any other style of music: some i like, some i don't. i can appreciate dj baby anne as one of the better breaks dj's.

="DJLIST.com"Furthermore, due to the eclectic nature of his set, it's no wonder that on any given moment his dance floor might be packed with breakdancers, B-boys, Ravers, Club Kids, Suburban Kids, and even Inner City Kids all brought together by DJ ICEY.
                WTF is a B-boy?

Who compiles this list any how? ATB @ 11 what is the world coming to.

ICEY had always seen Baby Anne on the dancefloor busting out great moves and they became great friends, he told her that if she got some tables and practiced he would get her some bookings with him back in the day. Baby Anne bought her first pair of Technics and never looked back.
I bet she busted those moves for him back in his hotel that night

And how come Danny Howells is below Fat Boy, and a whole host of people i?ve never heard of?

I ask this, because I feel the same about Tampa. People that are used to a certain type of music, dont know they will like other styles until they give it a chance.
Honestly yes and no. There is a pretty large progressive following we just lost all are good promoters. the best bet would be resonably well known artists/djs appearing in New Orleans with good promotion to let people know. Yeah a lot of the people in my immediate vicinity are pretty closed minded (and lack any decent taste at that) but there are a lot of people just waiting to see some good prog. who are perfectly willing to try 1,2,or3 hours to see it.
