the message i got said that it was lee's manager that was pissed about the set being recorded. so im guessing he went off on the owner of the club about it happening. which is probably why the owner of the club asked for it to be taken down on other sites. sounds like a bunch of politics to me.

the messageboard is run by a bunch of local kc djs and vjs. they all know the Kabal management well since a few of them have resident spots there. i'm sure someone mentioned it to the management and was then requested to take it down

Thanks for the link Pickle, its good to read a hometown board. However, I did find the original post for the party at Kabal and in that post are two working links to two different Lee Burridge sets. Doesnt seem like the board is working that hard to remove the "bootleg" links.

syde-sho doesn't care about bootleg sets... they were asked by kabal to remove the kabal set because kabal management didn't want to be associated with bootleg sets. that's why you found other burridge sets and not the kabal one.
