How do I add a link

Hi there
If I have a few mixes in MP3 format, how do I go about adding the url to the disussion board so that others can download it? I see lots of users do it via Usendit...
I am not sure how to go about getting my trax onto usendit for them to download...
Any advice......Please reply in layman terms

you can sign up for an FTP account for a website and host your mixes

yousendit is rather easy.

(1) you can use your email address or a friends. you dont need one really.

(2)select the file you want to host by hitting "BROWSE" and selecting the designated file
then, enter your email address to receive confirmation of the upload
then, enter some sort of message like: DJ Ebster - My Tracks

(3) click send

note: its best to stop all other transfers on your computer during this process. just to ensure you have a clean upload.
