tune is amazing...not because of the remix as it is but because of amazing (maybe a bit cheesy) breakdown...I've looked at the faces of people who listened to it and I've seen happines as it is (no they were not on dope or sth.)

this breakdown is cut (and edited) from last year tribal gathering session (phil hartnoll's set)
anyhow...
it gives me shiver...everywhere

I really don't know what it is, and trust me, I'm usually not into old tunes but...Halcyon is one of my favorite tracks of all time. I just don't like this remix though, a bit cheesy indeed. Stick with the original and Prodigy remix. Oldies but goodies.

The original is still my favorite song of all time, it's one of those songs that transports you back in time when you listen to. A nice song to reflect on the better days to.

Did they press this new breakdown on wax? I've never encountered it. I'm still searching for an original pressing of Halycon.
