    Halloween plans

What does everyone have planned for Halloween?

I live in Madison, WI....and people from all across the midwest converge on the downtown area known as State St. Last year, I believe there were about 70,000 people in attendance....crammed onto a street about 5 blocks long.

This year attendance is expected to top 100,000!!

I'm pretty pumped and a bit intimidated at the same time. Last year ended with Men, Women and children getting doused with tear gas and pepper spray. I'm hoping this year wont get so out of hand.....But when the cops come out so stronghanded against a crowd of this size....things get messy.

    So...anyone comin to Mad-town?

Right...you'd think there is a more humane way to handle this type of situation.

Altho I will say....theres not much you can do to control a crowd of 100,000 drunken college students (which most of the crowd is) But bringing in police /w riot gear is prolly the least effective option.

If things go the way they have the last several years, I'll find some pictures to show you guys on monday.

Heres a little glimpse of last year....not the greatest video, but it gives you an idea.....
