I had my top two removed last year because of the way they had grown i was biting chunks out of my cheeks everynow and then . Dentist was a rough assed butcher, local anesthetic no pain killers and left sharp pieces still sticking out that i couldn't notice till the anesthetic had worn off .. Also my first pint of the day spilled right down chin and tasted of blood . Felt shitty for two days aswell
BUT i no longer bite chunks out of my cheeks and it knocks 10 secs off the time it takes to brush my teeth .
Just trying to give him the positives 4 teeth = 20 secs two brushes a day = 40 secs X's 7 days 4mins 40 secs X's 52 weeks .. u get the picture .. all adds up but knowing pickle he'll prob just waste it each day with an extra tug in the toilet before work

I took the 2 in the right side first and then the other two... not a good idea. I would go for the whole four yards and get over it. Good luck, it sucks.
I checked out invisalign, but it won't work for my teeth. apparently two of my teeth are rotated too much, which is something that invisalign can't fix. I'm going to get the ceramic/clear-colored braces, so it won't be a christmas tree in there.
